In the broader picture this was a direct hit against the NRA since it is headquartered in VA. The reasons for not allowing reciprocity are plain wrong. The reason NC was put on the list was either political or other reasons other than what was stated. The standards for NC CCW are higher than that of VA.
I am sure that the fact that Gov Terry is a personal friend of the Clintons has nothing to do with it either.
