Bravo for him trying. Still seems to have a bit of a mobile home feel to it though or a insane tree house project. Perhaps something along the lines of real furnishings and walls would be better.

Once I saw the front landing gear propped up on scrap lumber and the odd paver stone, I had to take a pass. Pretty neat for novelty though.
A $220,000 novelty takes some dedication.Single guy, engineer...now this situation doesn't seem as unusual to me.
