Meh, the colander-on-the-head thing for driver's licences has been done before.
I want to see people with their hands on colanders to swear in before giving testimony in court or assuming public office. Or the Italian Garden claiming tax exemption as a religious institution.
I am an Ordained Minister with the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. The knowledge that I can legally officiate weddings for anybody in the State of Kansas is worth far more to me than wearing a strainer.
