All too often, the cost increases occur and there is "no one" to blame, so then individuals do without treatment, to their loss. They just become another desperate and sad voice on the end of another telephone call that the health insurance customer service representative desperately wants to end.
I am glad to see him called out and would hope that this becomes a trend.
