Really all they need to say is that we are the only animal species that drinks another species milk. We werent made to drink it so yes i do believe that there are health issues related to drinking milk. some may never see any but i stopped drinking milk years ago and dont plan on starting again.
Yea, it is strange. I normally drink almond juice these days. But man, every once in a while I sure do love a nice cold chocolate milk. Try not to though.
Nah, that is crazy talk. Given the way lactose tolerance genes are distributed, those observational studies have no power at all to answer this question. I'd be more impressed if the author even knew this.
You could tell me that Milk was going to kill me and I would still choose nothing other than a tall glass of ice cold Milk to go with some freshly baked Chocolate Chip cookies or a big slice of Devil's Food cake with Chocolate Fudge icing.
