Pin it! I can’t believe it is summer already. Talk about a crazy few months. Here in the Algarve in Portugal the temperature is now well into the 30’s and we are also having the odd 40’s day. This means that it is way too hot to cook with the oven all the time and all our favourite summer recipes are coming out.
