    I have smoked bologna for several years. Super easy and quite tasty if you happen to have a hankerin' for bologna.

    Grilled tri-tip is another one that has been around (in my area) for a while. However, I am not sure I put grilling in the same category as BBQ (the latter implies a low-and-slow method of cooking that typically involves smoke).

    I have been hearing a lot about white sauces lately but have yet to try one. My understanding is they are quite good so I look forward to the opportunity.
