Seriously? Is this "courage" or just self-aggrandizement? Same for Michael Sam. This annoys me more each year; it was *possibly* only courage pre-David Bowie. Now it's just sad. "Look at me! Look at me!" Who does ABC think they are pandering to, anyway? Nice picture of Caitlin in the comments, though. Very WWII pinup.

You know when Jenner would have been brave? 10 years ago when the media would have turned his transgenderism into a circus. Now the media are all congratulating themselves for being so supportive. What a mess.

It's amazing how we become inured to such things. Being gay is nothing now. So, yes, the press has to "up it" by chasing the latest transgender celeb.
