Indiana Specialty License = .04% DUI
Posted by RandyBeaman from www.dui.com
I have my Indiana Chauffeur's license. I was never told that in Indiana, any specialty license lowers your DUI limit from .08% to .04%
A friend of mine with a CDL was busted last year and charged with DUI after blowing exactly .04%
I asked the local police, and they verified that my limit is also .04%

Responsible adults don't drink and drive, so they don't worry about it.

It's right there in the FMCSR dude. Check out sect. 383.201, 205, 207, 209, and 392.5 for starters. And I'll lay odds its also in the state licensing handbook.
