I use Jameson in my Irish Coffee. And I make a mean Irish Coffee if I do say so myself. Or at least that's what The Wife tells me when she says, "Do you want an Irish Coffee?" Which means, "I want an Irish Coffee. You should make me one."
For the record...I love my wife!
