Yoga 2 windows or Surface 3?

Pin it! I am debating between this yoga 2 or surface 3. Both are 2 GB ram, one with the new atom x7. Which one should I go for? Will these type of device works with photoshop? Thanks.

Surface 3. It has the better processor of the 2, excellent build quality, solid digitizer pen capability, and even comes with a year of Office 365. For a bit more, it can be had with 4 gb of ram, and should make for a nice machine.
And yes, both can run PhotoShop.

He does a side by side comparison of photoshop on a Surface Pro 3 and a Surface 3. The Pro is obviously going to outperform it, but of course is more expensive, heavier, has a fan, lower battery life and so forth. I personally have the Surface Pro 3, but if the Surface 3 had been out last year, I might have opted for it instead.
