According to a recent survey Jet Blue were voted the best airline in the country for customer satisfaction. Making moves like this is awesome and I'm glad to see an airline take a step towards adding value to their flight without trying to find a way to milk money out of customers for it. Unfortunately Jet Blue doesn't fly through my local airport so I'll be flying Southwest until they come to Kansas City.
