I'm saddened to report I've not tried any of these. Anyone here had any? Most seem to be pretty rare.

The Weihenstephaner is regular for me. It really is one of the best heffes out there. It's also readily available at places like Bevmo, and competitively priced. I haven't tried any of the others either, but a few look interesting and I'm going to look for them.

Excellent. We'll keep an eye out for it to review on the podcast.

I am with BenW on the Weihenstephaner. A friend once brought me some cans of Heady Topper from the Alchemist brewery; a good IPA, not as overly aggressive as some 2x IPAs. I've gotten to love saison's & the Saison Dupont is one of my favorites. Why so many imperial stouts? Thats a tough pint to drink

The imperial takes dedication, that's for sure. That said, on a cold night it's pretty tasty.

I picked up a 4 pack of the Allagash White today. The description at the link describes it perfectly. If it were less expensive, I would make it my lawnmower beer.
