So I have looked over the question, and while I see a lot of people discussing how the answer is what they say it is, what I can't figure out is how I am supposed to arrive at it. I do not see where we find out what Cheryl told Albert and Bernard. Am I blind or are Albert and Bernard standardized values these days?
Now that I'm drinking my morning coffee I think I see what they are doing. It is a logic question. So you have to eliminate dates based on the statements that Albert and Bernard make. I think the reason I was having trouble is that I would basically tell Cheryl where she can stick it as I don't need that kind of person in my life.

And with further deduction; Albert only has 9 fingers, Cheryl has green eyes, and August 17 is the date Bernard has his vasectomy.
