I can understand the idea of losing appreciation for the good things in life, but isn't that really just a mind set? Shouldn't you always try to appreciate the small things? 1 error in his story is how ristretto espresso is stronger then the avergae espresso? Or cup of coffee? It actually has less caffeine, because the shot has been pulled with a smaller water volume, therefor extracting less caffeine then the normal espresso. Then my pet peeve, since when have we started calling lattes, flat whites? It is an Australian name for a latte. A new marketing scam to rid people of their hard earned cash?
