I know the *excuse* for letting him on the field was for some cancer thing. I suspect the *reason* is some crappy Judd Apatow baseball movie is on the way. Maybe about some guy who played for ten different teams in his career?

Yeah, it's a collaboration with HBO and Funny or Die for a "baseball special" they're filming.

Also, this guy was in attendance at the A's game and played catch with Ferrell. The first major league player to play all 9 positions in a single game.

Campy always a fun player. First noticed him in KC, before the A's moved to Oakland.
