I sympathize with the guys here but I would offer the following advice and commentary: 1. You're living in a feminized world, don't try to fit in to a beta-male role and don't try to be what you think society wants from a man....best to stop watching sitcom tv for the most part. 2. Make/build/create something with your heads. Even if it's crap at first, just go through the act of using your hands to create something and then try to hone those skills. "Remember, if she doesn't find you handsome, she should at least find you handy." 3. Find something heavy and then push, pull, drag, carry or lift said heavy object. Learn how best to move objects and then repeat until you're efficient. (This act teaches so any things physically and mentally). Create physical balance in your body; push it hard enough that you are able to listen to your body and understand it better. 3. Most important of all, find something (animal perhaps) or someone with an unmet need and selflessly care for it. Give of yourself without any adgenda and without expectation.
Four points. The first is trivial compared to the last, but the two in the middle can be the difference maker. God bless any man struggling with this issue. "Remember, we're men; we're all in this together."
