Tim makes a good point here. For me, it's the incremental assault. BATF is off to an early lead against the EPA for the coveted Rogue Agency of the Year award.
I'll support the candidate who vows to muzzle both or better yet, eliminate them...a pipe dream I know, but the "fourth branch" is just so potentially dangerous.

It doesn't meet the definition of a penitrator by the materials it's made from. Doesn't mean the atf will not try to ban it.
