You can now buy handguns across state lines

Until yesterday, it was considered illegal for a resident of one state to buy a handgun in another state without having it transferred to an FFL in their state before they took possession. Yesterday, a district court in Texas found that somehow to be incompatible with "shall not be infringed" and ruled it unconstitutional!
