Another good article. I would also say #5 in that deep freezer works different than your 'normal' freezer. This will freeze food without thawing it and causing freezer burn. In what I state in this is that a normal freezer, in order to be 'frost free', is continuously thawing to remove the frost, but this is at the expense of the taste of the food.
