Funny thing is, I saw a guy wit this exact same baldness pattern on the way to work today. I don't think he was 8 though.

I saw this on the news around 5-6 pm today. I'm not sure what to think about it. If you stop to think a moment, the child receiving the `punishment' doesn't have to get grounded or whipped (spanked); but on the other hand, the child most likely will get bullied and picked on. If you're a supporter of your child being bullied I think this is a great idea for you.
