For the men that you clearly have no clue as to what they sacrificed and you have no clue as how offensive this is, you can shove a pencil up your ___.
" An object is not so attached to its name that we cannot find another one that would suit it better" Rene Magritte or, (in case the above quote is too...complicated to grasp).... "This is not a pipe" Rene Magritte
Wow..how brilliant of you. 1) I am not the author of that drawing. 2) the artist/illustrator wanted to commemorate the killing of his French (colleagues) cartoonists killed by Islamic Fundamentalist a few weeks ago in Paris (keep up with current events, will'ya?) 3) It is also an image (from Latin : imago) that wants to underline the importance of "freedom of expression"...something, I have a feeling, you have no clue!
2) The Charlie Hebdo attacks were horrible in their own right and a definitive attack on free speech. To that end, they also support the right to democracy and freedom from terror.
I think this may have been misinterpreted as an item that stores a pencil, or an insult to the USA. It is neither. The more I study it, I think we are all on the same page.
Let's put our collective efforts into fighting evil, not each other. Please.

Easy gents. Let's please try to keep it civil.
1) The iconic Iwo Jima photograph is well documented as being staged. Regardless, it has significant value in war history. See more at http://www.iwojima.com/raising/raisingb.htm">http://www.iwojima.com/raising/raisingb.htm.
