Ever since I started taking a Super B Complex vitamin (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and C), I no longer have sever hangovers. Also, I break the pill in 1/2 and take 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 at lunch, under that theory that you end up pissing most of it away if you take it all at once.
