Crikey! That's the picture of the son of a guy I worked with! Difficult to picture him moving to Iowa.
Can't find the bad part of this. I got an iPhone 6 just so I could use ApplePay and I love it. Should be the same idea, I guess. Use a state-made app. More secure for the state than easily forged cards. Even the new "anti-forge" cards, I'll wager.
