$3,000 huh? Isn't it sad what passes as "functional" training? I'll sell you a functional training system for the price of: An ax, wheelbarrow, hammer, shovel, a heavy stone, pull up bar and a decent pair of shoes. Hell, find a playground and you'll have a more "functional" training system than that over priced equipment. That commercial was just too much.
3rd. No offense to this guy, but geez. Adopt a good diet (real food), and exercise. There's no gimmicks or expensive equipment required. It takes hard work and dedication, not tons of money.
