Pin it! To gain mastery or expertise in any endeavor, whether sport, career or the arts, deliberate practice must be a focused. You can put in the time, say "10,000 hours". You can put in the sweat, but that is old school.
A strategy may require breaking down a common mistake and rehearsing until there is movement forward. Now that is an accomplishment.
