I went to Pilsner Urquell last year. Though I consider their bottled beer to be Czech PBR, they have some special artisanal stuff they sample out on the tour. It was unpasteurized and very nice.
Insider tip: if you go to the Czech Republic, you might want to bring your own food. The food at the Pilsner Urquell restaurant was traditional Czech fare and particularly unpleasant.
