Ben, a lot of our logs, especially from Alaska, are exported to China. It is not like there is a waiting line at Home Depot for the next shipment of 2x4s.

To me this is interesting but I have lived all over the U.S. and it is a bit misleading, there is a reason the middle of the country is called the "plains" states, and south west the desert. Perspective. Would like to see a historical map in conjunction.
