I commuted for about 10 years on my bike and lucky this never happened. I did however snap a chain while standing and hammering and flipped over my bike, not unlike what this guy did. I was on a busy road and provided mush laughter for passers by. Also split my helmet in 2. Lucky I believe in helmets.
