Every Thursday I post a "quick & dirty" workout challenge! These can stand alone on those days you're too busy to fit in a full workout, or they make great finishers to your regular workouts! This week's is a ManMaker ladder. ManMakers are a bad-ass 4-in-1 move - basically a squat thrust (burpee) + push-up + renegade row + upright row (or overhead push-press). But I'm upping the ante - we're gonna ladder EACH PART.
