They never mention why are taking these steps and what would cause the 'civil unrest'. The conspiracy believes that Barry has some sort of extreme plans before leaving office by executive order.
Nothing from the "ends-justifies-the-means" progressives (D or R) surprise me anymore. We are being nudged, and when we don't comply/conform, we will be shoved...
Here is what it is to replace. This isn't anything new. Has anyone read any of these orders? It has been built upon to its current form by defining terms of use for new military capabilites sence the 60's. Take some time a read these. I will agree that there could be some negative impact on civilians, but...
