Quagmire: Glen, you're the steakspert. I had the 8 oz. sirloin, and my boss had the filet mignon. I basically slammed my face through the plate swallowing the steak whole, it was so damn good. My boss however took two bites of the filet, and sent it back claiming that "it was the worst piece of meat" he had ever encountered.
Have you eaten steak here? Is my boss too picky or am I clueless as to what "good" steak is?
