“Nothing less than the future of the Internet depends on how we resolve this disagreement,” said Commissioner Ajit Pai, the agency’s senior Republican. “A dispute this fundamental is not for us, five unelected individuals, to decide,” he said, adding that it should be the job of Congress.

Bravo, Ajit Pai. It's rare to find people in government these days who know and respect the limits of their positions.

I don't know why these people even bother showing up for these hearings. The politicians already have their minds made up and their pockets lined, it's really just a dog and pony show.
