Hey guys, this was posted here a few days ago and I made it to the recipe and it kind of sucked. If you're going to make this triple the whiskey from 1/2 cup to 1.5 cups and cut the ketchup in half from 1/2cup to 1/4.
I ended up having to scale the whole batch up to dilute the ketchup flavor while also ramping the whiskey portion way up to get more of the whiskey flavor. You'll need to reduce on low with a lot of whisking. I tired it on some grilled ckn thighs and it's out of control good with the above mods.
