Great idea for a window seat. But as they show in the article the concept falls apart as soon as someone needs to use the bathroom and you have to take it down.

I hope the guy in front of you minds having the back of his seat used. Plus...who knows what's in that person's hair!
He is just making sure his mullet does not get wrinkly.
