I've been really taken advantage of by Amazon. To combat this I wrote them a letter to get some justice. They've sent me fraudulent products, tools missing parts, broken or non-functioning electronics and even though I pay for quick deli vary, they ignore it and abuse it. When I complained, without yelling or raising my voice I got hung up on twice. After talking to six people in one sitting, I finally got a credit. When I went to use it, it was missing and I can only assume they lied and never gave a credit. So to combat it, I created a blog detailing my fight in the hope that others will share their stories and that together we can go before our elected officials and affect change through an Electronic Bill of Rights. The link to my blog is below. Feel free to share your stories and thoughts.

I do Pastor James. I don't know about you but I live in Rural North eastern Colorado. Many times the only way to buy things from clothes, to technology to farming equipment without driving for a few hours is to buy online. But over the last few years I've seen online business change for the worse with such companies as Walmart and Amazon running legal scams. It needs to change, as much for us, the consumer, as for the integrity of the big business. Hopefully this will catch on and then we can effect change.
