Sad to spare no expense, employ great actors, have breathtaking special effects and leave out the main character.... God ! Low budget Christian films are placing number 3 or 4 at the box office and this could have been a truly huge sucess that relaunched a family genre instead of the epic failure it has become. Just wait and see what Heaven is for Real does Nationwide. Why would an Atheist produce this Movie.
What makes you think I hate Christianity? I was simply stating facts. Do you think the studio executives who funded Noah were thinking about rekindling the "family genre" and spreading some christian propaganda? More likely they were sitting around a desk one day and realized how much money could be made by exploiting a very popular, very controversial biblical story. I think we all know how "creative" and original Hollywood studio producers can be.
Agree with mattlockhart!! Its sad that Hollywood took their twist on the story but its Hollywood. What more can anyone expect? Alot of people are appalled by the way the movie was done(not in-regards to any previous comment on here but other sites and reviews). But if you go to see a movie with a biblical root done by Hollywood don't be dumb enough to think they will do it justice with an accurate betrayal . Once again not saying this again to about anyone on here so dont take offense.

Because it's a great STORY! And it's pretty much guaranteed to make a bunch of money from a very large, very gullible audience.

Why do you hate Christianity so much? What did Jesus do to you?
