Better safe than sorry. If you have trouble generating unique passwords and/or keeping up with them, I highly recommend a program called LastPass (https://lastpass.com/). I have used the premier version (only $10/year) for some time now and absolutely love it. I no longer have to think up a password or remember it. So when something like Heartbleed comes along, it only takes a few clicks to generate new passwords.

Actually, $12 a year and worth every penny. The heartbleed check might not work for new users though. I read a comment on Lifehacker saying that it regarded newly imported passwords as newly changed, so considered them ok. LastPass IS awesome.

Thanks for the correction. $12 is cheap for the piece of mind it provides. I would have gladly paid more.
