Here's a problem for all of us outside of major metropolitan areas: not enough bandwidth. I'll keep my Amazon Prime membership, though, just for the free shipping.
They never made any money on me anyway. I only bought Season 3 of Justified during all the time I've had Prime.
Amazon Prime streaming is a terrible, small selection, horribly organized. I don't consider it to be a benefit to the Prime membership. If you're missing out on Netflix, though, that is too bad.
At the time I started Prime I had both and saw virtually no difference in selection. Just a few different TV shows already on disc. There was no way I could live with only streaming. I just started my Netflix up in my new location and see it is improved but, even if I had a good connection, there is no way I could survive with streaming alone. My home theater room demands BD goodness! Actually, it demands the superior spec of HD-DVD but that ship has sailed.

The commercial with Gary Busey is amazing.
