The teenage kids behind the counter smile, look directly at you when you talk, and when you say thank you, they politely reply, "It's my pleasure." And it is always clean. In-N-Out burger has the same experience. It is for that reason that these are the only two places I go. That the food at both places is good, has almost become an after thought.

'Cus KFC sucks. KFC actually tastes better in my opinion but all you get at KFC is a few bones whereas CFA you actually get what you pay for.

my only complaint is their ice, it's airy and taste kind of styrofoam-ish, not ice-chewers ice ;-)

It is absolutely no contest. Two Chic Fil A's opened recently in my new area and they are always packed.
