Did you notice how far down one must scroll to discover his political affiliation? If dude were a Republican it would be in the headline: "Republican State Senator Leland Yee arrested, etc.".
Don't get too overjoyed about this. When a Democrat gets caught/arrested/convicted for something like this it's like it never happened. This guy could get elected Lt. Gov from his jail cell.
If a Republican makes an off-the-cuff remark, he/she is shunned for life. This is one of the many ways Elites lead us into Correct Thinking.
