    I appreciate this being brought to light. I find it repugnant but it is information that needs to be shared. We can't let this disappear day by day. We have to have a cultural change that empowers the individual to make decisions in their own self-interest (so long as it doesn't violate the rights of others) and not capitulate to the heavy-handed state. This must be talked about, discussed and people have to see the merits of individual liberty and freedom of choice measured against the benefits of central planning and legal rulings like this. I loathe the content but appreciate the mint...

      Your welcome, its a scary thought that the statist of this country have such a grasp on the people of this great country that they make u believe u cannot even go out into nature and survive. I mean basically the whole idea of individualism goes against there belief.

    Interesting stuff. I know that banks have sometimes required a homeowner to connect to city water over using a well. But this is plain nuts!

      Yeah I suppose if she were renting or hadn't paid off the bank, but I don't see how a court could actually prove she is in the wrong or somehow endangering her neighbors.
