Funny, my wife and I were watching a show last Sunday night about a guy who had to have the first-ever successful face transplant 15 years after a shotgun accident nearly killed him. We posited that this sort of ground-braking stuff will die with Obamacare and I think we can add this, and any cancer cure, to that list.
Least efficient way to do ANYTHING? Have it run by the government.
