Would you be willing to abandon "natural" procreation and choose a method that would guarantee your child a healthier, longer life because you were able to hand pick what genes he/she received from you and your wife?

That's crazy! Personally, I wouldn't want to do that, I want the child that nature gives me I guess, that would take away from the experience for me. I wouldn't condemn anyone for doing it though.
