LIFE celebrated 20 extraordinary years on December 7, 2013, with a spectacular Rio-style celebration at The Mar-a-Lago Club, Palm Beach, which was transformed into a tropical Brazilian paradise. Lois Pope and Patrick M. Park served as chairs of this truly amazing evening. The 20th Annual "Lady in Red" Gala, "A Night in Rio" honored LIFE’s history of helping those in need and for being the champion for those who cannot speak but who enrich our lives and everyday make us a little more... human.
