The Wizard One C9000 is a great charger for people who go through a lot of high end batteries. Professional photographers for instance use very high end batteries and often need to charge them up quickly. Just keep in mind, charging low end batteries fast, can damage and even destroy them.
If you are more of a hobbiest than a professional the La Crosse BC 1000 will likely suit you better, and it comes with more accessories.
