    Those look really tasty. Cast iron is just the bomb. I've pared down my cookware to a couple of cast iron skillets, a cast iron dutch oven, a stainless pan, and a couple of stainless pots. Dumped all the no-stick. I end up using the cast iron for probably 70% of my cooking. If it wasn't for stuff like boiling water and steaming vegetables, it would be more like 95% of my cooking. :)
