The horror. Just imagine, if that 39 year old had not been carrying concealed, we might have a brand new atrocity to use as an excuse for more gun control.

Sadly, if he was drinking, he might lose his right to carry. Depends on the state laws. Hopefully AZ is lenient in that regard.
