Wearable technology is here and it is here to stay. While tech brands continue to release their own smart watches, Nike has delivered a typically sport-centric device that has been built in conjunction with navigation king TomTom. Using GPS from TomTom and Nike´s own in shoe Nike+ sensor, the SportWatch ($186) is certainly a looker, in fact we say it looks better than recent smart watches from Sony (SmartWatch) and Samsung (Galaxy Gear).
Of course, the Nike+ Sport Watch has a different feature set to those devices, but this will definitely appeal to the sport minded. The GPS and sensor capture every detail of a running session, including distance, speed, and current location, oh and it tells the time. Runners can then upload their sessions and see maps of their run and track their goals, compete with friends, and do a whole lot more.
