Congrats on the new house. We should be breaking ground on ours by the end of the year and these will definitely be something we consider. Love the Nest thermostat we have now.

I like the way it learns your patterns and begins to adjust the temp accordingly to save energy. Also, the fact you can control it from your phone is handy. Then there's the monthly reports that get emailed to you showing your usage, how it compared to the previous month and provides tips for further energy savings. You will love it.
